Bespoke commissions
We welcome bespoke commissions, crafting one-of-a-kind pieces for both domestic and commercial interiors.
Our intimate commissioning process involves you closely in the journey from rough-cut timber to carefully-crafted work.

Commissioning process
-
To begin the process, send us an email with details of your project or fill in the form at the bottom of this page, including design ideas, timeframe and budget. It’s helpful for us to see images of design inspiration if you have them, as well as photos of the space where you intend the piece (or pieces) to live.
-
We will aim to get back to you within 3 working days, continuing the conversation via email and/or on the phone, on Zoom, or in-person at our workshop, to find out more about what you need and discuss design ideas. We will then give you a quote for the estimated project cost.
-
We then start the exciting process of developing your design. We will send you CAD drawings to illustrate the final result, and make any refinements if needed. We ask for a deposit of 10% of the estimated project cost before starting this process, to cover our design time in case the project doesn’t go ahead.
-
Once you’re happy with the design and material choice and have paid 50% of the remaining project cost, we start bringing your design to life in our workshop. You are welcome to visit us to see the making process. When the work is complete, we’ll get in touch to request payment of the final balance, and to arrange delivery, and if needed, installation.
Material selection
We love working with our clients to select the perfect materials for each project. We work primarily with sustainably-sourced, British hardwoods.
