Enki chair - elm
The Enki chair features a playful leaf-shaped backrest, joined to the seat with a tusk-tenon, a traditional joint rarely used in chair-making.
The gently-angled legs are shaped by hand, creating a subtly-irregular, faceted surface, and joined to the seat with wedged tenons. The seat is is sculpted with gentle curves to support the body’s contours. The chair is crafted from British elm.
